ONLINE Enrollment Procedure & Instructions

STEP #1

PRE-REGISTRATION

PROCESS:

  1. FILL-UP & SUBMIT Pre-Registration Google form 
  2. Wait for an EMAIL from Laguna College  about the verification of balances (old students), the enrollment fee and other fees to pay (for old and new students)., as well as, the bank details where the student will have to pay (for old and new students).
 
 
 

STEP #2

PAYMENT & VERIFICATION OF PAYMENT

PROCESS:

  1.  Students must pay first the fees sent by the Accounting Section Email at the designated bank.
  2.  After payment, student shall send proof of payment to

             accg.section.lc@gmail.com  

  3.  The prescribe format of the Email Subject:                                                                                                                             PAYMENT:   NAME,   YR,     COURSE                                                                                                                                          attach the photo of deposit slip. 

  4. Wait for an EMAIL from LAGUNA COLLEGE Accounting Department for the following:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        PAYMENT VERIFICATION and OFFICIAL REGISTRATION LINK                                                                                (FOR BASIC ED. DEPT.)                                                                                                                                                         PAYMENT VERIFICATION and OFFICIAL REGISTRATION LINK, SUBJECT LOAD                             (FOR COLLEGE)                                        

STEP #3

OFFICIAL REGISTRATION

PROCESS:

  1.  Student will validated payment shall fill up the form with the necessary enrollment information 
  2.  For Basic Education –  NO NEED  to encode their subjects. 
  3. For College Department –  Encode your subject load according to the official subject load you received via email from the accounting department.
  4.  Completely encode all the subjects in the form. Registrar office will only base the official enrolled subject from the encoded and printed official registration form. 
  5.  For new students and transferees – UPLOAD/submit photos of your entrance credentials in the form. Submit the ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS on the FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL.

STEP #4

ENROLLMENT CONFIRMATION

PROCESS:

  • FOR ENROLLMENT CONFIRMATION – the registrar staff will email the students and attach a Student’s Enrollment Number as temporary proof of their official enrollment.
  • FOR PRINTING OF REGISTRATION CARD – Official enrollment registration shall be printed and release to the students as follows:
  • FOR RELEASE OF REGISTRATION CARD – WINDOW 7 for Basic Education; WINDOW 8&9 for College •
  • FOR RELEASE OF RECEIPT – WINDOW 2 (Cashier’s window) > student shall present their enrolment number and for the new/transferees they will have to submit the original entrance credential. (TOR, HD, GRADES, GM, PSA BC, F138).
